We design every square foot with two goals in mind: a smooth clinical workflow for you and your staff, and a positive patient experience from the moment they walk in. This includes floor plans, operational layout, reception and waiting area design, and brand integration (signage) throughout the space.

How long does the permit and approval process take?
Permit approvals typically take 3–6 months. We manage the submission of architectural plans and coordinate with municipal authorities on your behalf. We factor this timeline into your overall project schedule so there are no surprises.

What's included in the construction scope?
Basic construction — including flooring, walls, electrical rough-in, plumbing lines, drywall, and ceiling work — is part of the core build-out we manage. Items such as custom cabinetry, dental equipment (chairs, scanners, imaging units), and exterior signage are typically scoped and priced separately. We'll walk you through the full cost breakdown upfront so you know exactly what's included.
