Planning & Approvals
This includes:
- Architecture, permits, and approvals required to start the clinic
- Construction planning and timelines
- Basic construction work (flooring, walls, cabinetry, overall layout)
Location & Deals
They also assist in:
- Finding the right clinic location and securing exclusive deals when possible
Equipment & Vendors
After the base construction is completed:
- Dental equipment (like chairs, scanners, etc.) is handled separately
- The doctor can purchase equipment from their preferred supplier, but they will guide them in choosing the right vendors
Contract & Engagement Model
Once a doctor signs the contract, they pay a $3,000 retainer fee
The agreement is typically for 6 months

- They handle everything agreed upon in the contract, from initial planning to grand opening
- They offer a complete end-to-end service (5 core offerings)

- If the doctor already has a property or finds one through another broker, they will still support and integrate into the process
- If the doctor wants to use their own resources/vendors, they can do so — but the team will still oversee and manage the entire process
